In the app

1. Open the AnyBody app and sign in.
2. Tap Account in the bottom menu.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

If you cannot open the app, email us at support@shopanybody.com with the subject “Delete my AnyBody account”. Please write from the email address, or include the phone number, linked to your account so we can confirm it is you. We will then delete your account.

What is deleted

Your profile, phone number, email address, saved addresses, wishlist and notification preferences.

What is retained

Order and payment records that UAE law requires us to keep for tax and accounting purposes. These are stored securely and deleted when the retention period ends.
